Saturday, June 24, 2023 - Decanted 1 hour before and drank over an hour. This needed MUCH more decanting. The nose is spectacular but the taste is still somewhat closed and would have been spectacular with 6 hours of decanting. Bought this at a steakhouse so I was doubly ($$$) disappoited. Why don't more restaraunts have corkage fees? I would gladly pay a $100 corkage fee to bring my own wine.
