Monday, November 27, 2006 - Birthday dinner (Casa de Flubis): Dark cassis color with a slightly cleared edge. The nose on this was a bit muted, twinges of cedar and berries. Medium bodied, pronounced tobacco, and leather , thin dark cherry, black raspberry notes. Finish was a bit lean. Might be going through a shut down phase.
