Sunday, October 11, 2015 - Absolutely amazing. We let it breath for 7.5 hours. Powerful and expressive wine - everything you could ask for in a Pauillac. Even let junior have a small glass to help him understand why we have a cellar and what great wine tastes like. It's still really youthful. We'll probably wait another five years to pop the next cork.
