Tuesday, March 1, 2022 - This is going through another transition. My previous bottles required extended decanting but this was decanted for less than an hour and was relatively approachable on first taste. Over the next 2 hours it blossomed and showed why I love this so much. It evolved into a strong yet balanced beauty. Tannins mellowed and fruit emerged yet still retaining a certain tension which kept your attention and looking for its' next phase of evolution.
