90 Points

Sunday, November 10, 2013 - This Pegau was good, but not of the stature of other Pegaus I've drunk from other vintages. I'm used to an inky, viscous, rich full-bodied CdP. The '94 was light to medium bodied, well-integrated tannins, and quite feminine for a CdP. Don't get me wrong, this bottle was quite tasty, but was more like a pinot noir-based wine, than the typical CdP grapes. Quite a different Pegau than I've experienced in the past.
