Sunday, March 25, 2012 - Full-bodied white, yellow/gold/straw color. Wonderful floral notes, hints of clove in the nose, shorter finish that tapers-off but then comes back with great flavor. Vanilla bomb! with some ripe stone fruit. Nice round body. Great with Cioppino, but definitely needs a strong food pairing. Would also be great with strong cheese and olives.
