Saturday, August 31, 2013 - Smoked a prime rib on the traeger and knew this bottle would be a perfect pairing. This 2007 Syrah did not disappoint, full bodied, dark red fruit-blackberries and purple plums. Tannins very present, just starting to smooth out. This bottle will improve over the next 4 years.
