Friday, June 3, 2011 - Clear, light pale yellow with a green tinge. A deft touch of oak is noticeable on the nose giving impressions of marmalade, honeysuckle and some tropical fruit. Rich and juicy yet simple Chardonnay and oak inspired flavors on the palate. Yet the fruit does rise above the oak on the finish. For the price, this is an absolute bargain for lovers of this style of CA Chardonnay. Great value.
