Sunday, April 13, 2014 - 60th Birthday at home with 15 guests and superb caterer (Kalm Kitchen) - wines from my cellar. Limited note taking.
4 bottles opened 90 minutes before consumption, served from bottle. Very popular with my guests and showing as per earlier notes and accompanying the smoked duck fowl starter perfectly.
Start drinking up, as I reckon approaching the end of its plateau. Still superb.
