Saturday, October 6, 2007 - Part of large dinner, served with oysters on the shell. I was a little disappointed, given the press. Did not catch the sweetness as I hoped I would. Clean lines, pleasant, complemented the oysters well. I have a few more, and I am curious what they will be like.
