Sunday, July 20, 2014 - Past it's prime and barely drinkable. The palate at this point is still fair (monolithic at best), and now, the nose has a developed a slight 'burnt rubber' smell to it, indicating sulphur dioxide was probably used in the production process. Either way, it's past it's prime. Discard, drink now or cautiously use for cooking.
