Wednesday, December 25, 2013 - PnVnD let air for 3 hrs. Dense saturated purple black with a violet rim. Closed noise with hints of cassis tobacco and dark chocolate. Medium(+) weight with grippy yet polished tannins. Cassis Bing cherry dark chocolate and a slight herbal note. Drank over several hours and kept opening up and getting better. Don't think I see it as a 96 point wine but lots of life ahead. Will not open another for at least 2 years.

Sealed the rest of the bottle and left in the fridge for three days. What a difference. has opened up with abundant fruit and complex mineral notes with tons of balance. Awesome. +2
