Thursday, August 16, 2012 - A little floral, a little mineral up front, with a subdued but zippy hum of acid. With a little aeration on the palate it opens up beautifully with melon and tropical fruit and has character consistent with stainless steel fermentation, which I appreciate greatly. She's a beauty.
