Wednesday, September 29, 2010 - Closed on the nose to begin with, it opened after some time in the glass into floral notes, jasmine, lemon blossom, lemon sorbet & pink grapefruit. The palate was very focused and linear in its acid structure, good balance and hints of fruit sweetness. Flavours hit the lemony spectrum and a touch herby. Nice.
