Community Tasting Note

Friday, August 15, 2014 - Has a dank, waterlogged fruit kind of smell at first that dissipates somewhat in the glass. There are greener notes of capsicum and tobacco that weave through the aroma and flavour profile. The nose is not terribly engaging but the palate is quite pleasant with fresh red berry fruits that are lively and detailed. Tannins have all but disappeared and there’s some brisk acidity that punctuates the finish.
