Monday, August 5, 2013 - This seems to be at peak right now. Classic cabernet nose, seemed a bit on the lighter side at first but appeared to put on weight with an hour or so of rest. Cassis and black raspberry the flavors that jumped to mind. Long finish, tannins no longer influencing the length of the flavors. While it should easily hold another five years, no reason to wait.
