Sunday, July 17, 2005 - Leaving NYC and moving to San Francisco; 7/16/2005-7/17/2005: Still alive this bottle was purchased on release and never moved from 53 degrees. In the glass its color is a red with a slight bricking rim. The nose has a beefy smell of some tar, chocolate, and game. The fruit is still there and is sweet and amazingly still succulant. The mid palate is slightly hallow though and finish is short and brief.
