Sunday, July 5, 2015 - American oak, some of it a bit old and unclean, dominates the nose.
On the palate it has a sweet core of fruit that is rather impressive.
Was better on the 2nd day (decantered into half bottle sealed with screw cap). Should age for another decade.
14% ABV. Sealed with cork.
