Thursday, November 26, 2015 - Allowed to breathe in bottle 60 minutes before tasting. Clear medium ruby red. Lovely bouquet of mixed fresh and dried red berries, potpourri, incense, hints of spice and herbs, stony soil, flowers. Similar on the palate, seamless, balanced, substantial yet weightless. Steadily improved with air throughout the evening, with the last sip the best, so often the case with great wine.
