Pale yellow and tiny bubbles lead to a nose of meringue and biscuit. Bone dry body contains yeasty flavors with hint of lemon. Nice tangy acidity on finish. Very good!

I liked this specific wine younger. The age on this bottle made it less enjoyable for me.

Super dry with little / no fruit; yeasty. A personal favorite none the less.

Good stuff. Very dry, but still has some fruit in it. Really light on its feet.

A beautiful golden Dry as a bone" bubbly, aroma and taste of lemon, goes well with juice or all on its own.
Cheers!

Nothing from Schramsburg is bad, this one was just too dry for our tastes.

Wow. This was excellent; complex, great body, with notes of brioche, lemon and apple and a long, clean finish. I need to get more.
