Straw color. Definitely spiced peaches all the way with a hint of clove. Sweet but balanced with acidity. Paired with pork with garlic sauce and mixed Chinese vegetables. The successful pairing may have elevated my score, but this is a very nice wine. Tasted like the muscat grapes we had in Napa.

Sweet dessert wine. Medium straw colour. Screw-top. Nice sweetness. Decent flavour. Some complexity. Smells and tastes kind of like a late-harvest wine. I paid $20 for this half bottle. The QPR is moderate (not high) in my view. High good, very nearly very good.
Per the hard-to-read back label: Residual sugar: 17% by weight. Alcohol 11% by volume. Made from post-harvest frozen Muscat grapes.

Served at The Burlington Magazine Dinner. This was a real crowd-pleaser, though it's hard to believe the crowd was exceptionally discriminating. Serge and I both felt it too much of a muchness with not a great deal of subtlety. But compared to other inexpensive Muscat, this is a wonderful bargain. Just don't count on subtlety! Pale in color, with almost no hint of orange or yellow but more of a greenish tinge, remarkably. Faint nose but an overwhelming sense of sweet though not cloying. Purchased from Garnet's on Lexington Ave.

An oddly chemical nose gives way to a delicious honeyed fruit, with hints of tangerine and a light syrupy mouthfeel.

Très bien, miel, sec, digeste, assez acide pour bien accompagner le dessert.

Second bottle as good as the first! Golden straw color, sweet citrus on the nose. An excellent desert wine.

With May Yip and Jen at the packing party. A crowd-pleaser, and a pleasant break from packing boxes! Very good for what it is.

Lots of baking spice (cinnamon and clove) with some tropical fruits. The acidity cuts the sweetness nicely. Very tasty.

A concentrated, perfumed, grapey muscat nose – utterly winning. Remarkably concentrated, yet delicate palate. Unusually complex for a muscat.
