Roberto Cipresso is an internationally acclaimed winemaker with 45 years of winemaking experience. Notably, his projects have been lauded as “Best Winery in the World”, “Best Malbec in the World” and he himself has been named “Best Italian Enologist” and “Cult Oenologist” among other awards. For several years he has been pursuing new expressions from grapes which are grown in challenging environments with the organization CERVIM which is dedicated to advancing “heroic” viticulture.
