The Quintessence de Grains Nobles wines are extremely rare, nectar of nectars. They are produced in tiny quantities in only a few vintages. The word Quintessence was first coined by Domaine Weinbach to be used to describe this sumptuous cuvée of the 1983 vintage. Domaine Weinbach received official designation as organic and biodynamic in 2010.
