2010 Syrah
Winemaker Tasting Notes – The 2010 Syrah offers a bouquet that has well delineated aromatics of blackberry, black pepper, vanilla, truffle, and earth. The silky tannins beautifully frame flavors of black fruits, black pepper, earth, spice, dark chocolate, and smoked meat. The wine has great concentration, crisp acidity, and a long, resonant finish. Properly cellared, the wine should hit maturity in 5-6 years and provide excellent drinking for approximately 10-12 years.
