2021 Brown Brothers Fiano Winemaker's Series

Made in our micro-winery named the Kindergarten, this Fiano is full of aromatic citrus notes and is made to ne enjoyed young and vibrant.
Vineyard Region: Victoria
Wine Analysis: Alc/Vol: 13%
Colour: Light and golden
Aroma: Floral and spicy aromas.
Palate: Notes of citrus on the palate with varietal salinity. Lengthy, crisp acid.
Peak Drinking: Drinking well now, this Fiano will also benefit with short term aging in the three-year range
Growing Conditions: The grapes were harvested in March 2021.
Winemaking notes: The grapes were destemmed and split to release the juice then gently pressed to tank. The fermentation was done in stainless steel on light lees.
