TWS: This is the first vintage of De Fonbel that we’ve tasted en primeur since the pandemic, and it was worth the wait. A nose of black cherry, tobacco and a hint of dried herbs, the wine displays pure, fleshy fruit in the mouth, and soft tannins on the finish. Charming. Drink from 2028 to 2034. 14%
