Tasting
Colour : very intense purplish red.
Nose : red fruits, blackcurrant and raspberry, followed by violet aromas.
Mouth : ample and round, final of stewed fruits and vanilla.

Grape variety
Syrah.
Our red Crozes-Hermitage “Les Meysonniers” comes from the vines which are at least 25 years old.
Soil
The slight slopes are directed to the South.
The soil is made up of a blending of shingles and gravels.
Harvest
The grapes are hand-harvested at maturity.
Winemaking
This Crozes-Hermitage is vinified in a traditional way with pumping-over and treadings in concrete tanks.
Maturing
Mainly aged in concrete tanks for around 12 months.
