Tasting Notes & Food Pairings: By nose: Hazel nut and ripe red apple. By mouth: Ripe red apple, yeast and a touch of lime. Best when served with food, pair with anything spicy, salted or fried. Great with comfort food; mac and cheese, french fries, popcorn, chips and salsa, potato chips and onion dip and grilled steak.

The ultimate food wine. Goes with everything--sushi, fried, salty and spicy dishes, rich chicken soup (guaranteed to cure whatever ails you), with popcorn on movie night. The best no-fat dessert is Brut and fruit - a handful of fresh berries in summer or sliced mango in winter.
