Soil: Selected properties in our Chardonnay, Savagnin and Poulsard on the grounds of the Commune de Montigny Arsures and Vernon.
Harvest: By hand with pressing the grapes in whole bunches and selection of juice on the principle of making sparkling wines.
Ageing: Published in February 2007. Second fermentation in the bottle for secondary fermentation and aging "sur lattes" for 36 months.
Degorgeage 2 months prior to marketing.
Service: Serve struck at about 8 °.
Guard: 2 to 3 years.

Crémant du Jura Brut Blanc: Lovely pale, green reflections, fine bubbles rising slowly with good persistence.
On the nose, fine aromas and discreet white flowers, hawthorn.
On the palate, good attack with a touch of liveliness, without bitterness, slightly vinous, pleasant finish.
A wine of every moment, as an aperitif at the end of meals or any time of day or night.

Appellation: Crémant du Jura A.O.C
Grape variety: Chardonnay 54%, 23% Savagnin; Poulsard 23%.
