Mid slope situated property facing south and one of the 10 Beaujolais Crus (100% Gamay). The Château de Fuisse produces Juliénas Domaine de la Conseillère since 2009 respecting the acient and pure tradition of Beaujolais. Traditional open vat fermentation with a maceration of 15 days. Soils composed of slate and granite stones offering red fruit aromas, good freshness and nice tannins structure. Average age of vines: 30 years. Food pairing: Grilled meats, cold-platter even grilled fish... Temperature of service 14-15C (58F).
