Varietal Composition: 97% Syrah, 3% Viognier
Cofermented with 3% Viognier. Cuttings from Cayuse Cailloux Vineyard and Windrow Vineyard (Seven Hills Vineyard) were planted by the Hansen family in 2000 at the site. The vineyard is named for Dr. Golden who produced wine in the 1920s through Prohibition for "medicinal purposes". Similar soil type to Cayuse and Stellar vineyard with lots of river rocks and alluvial soil.
