As a co-operative, our job is to create wines suited to modern tastes and to give our members a fair price for their grapes. We do this by providing technical assistance to our growers, paying a premium for grapes of higher quality and through careful winemaking and rigorous selection at the blending stage. We use local grape varieties such as Nebbiolo, Barbera and Cortese to produce wines, modern in style yet true to their origins.
