The head-pruned old vines of the Dusi Vineyard have come to define the intense bramble-berry flavors of Paso Zin. Planted in the calcareous soils of the West Side, these dry-farmed vines produce small quantities of fruit with dense concentration and wild spice. [Four Vines Wine Club, 1/2010]
