Producer website This wine highlights our best barrels of Merlot from Artz vineyard on Red Mountain. It was aged in all French oak barrels, all once used to focus on the great fruit we received. This is a rich wine. The best food pairing we have had with it was a roasted duck breast with a coco sauce. It was divine! We recommend decanting it for a minimum of 1 hour for maximum enjoyment. Tracked over 3 days the wine actually expands and improves on the second day and held on fine for a third day. We anticipate peak enjoyment from 2015-2018.
