The Obsidian Shiraz is a family treasure and indulgence. Obsidian is hand crafted – grapes are nurtured in the vineyard before the cream of the crop is hand selected and vinified separately. Still, only the best barrels make the cut, ensuring only 1% of their total Shiraz production makes the Obsidian grade.
A multi-dimensional, powerful wine that displays a diverse spectrum of flavours. The front palate is rich and generous, dominated by dark fruits while the mid to back palate explodes with mulberry and raspberry conserve. The entire palate is perfectly balanced from start to finish and shows great poise and elegance with soft, velvety tannins.
