Family-owned winery, established about 400 years ago. As of 2017, Grans-Fassian cultivates 90% Riesling on about 13 hectare.
Most famous would be the yards "Leiwener Laurentiuslay", Trittenheimer Apotheke", "Dhroner Hofberg" and "Piesporter Goldtröpfchen" - all classified as the highest category, "VDP. Grosse Lage".
