Below is promotional material from a Garagiste sale 3/8/2018:

La Tour Figeac contains one of the more enviable micro parcels in Saint-Emilion – a tiny Cabernet Franc/Merlot dollop planted in 1945 just as WWII was ending (the parcel is known as “Lucie”). The entire output from this parcel is so small, it makes no sense to bottle it separately. If they did, a maximum of 200-300+ cases could squeeze their way into bottles. In 2015 this parcel had its 70th birthday. How to celebrate the 1945 “armistice” vineyard of La Tour Figeac? Pulled from inclusion in their other bottles, a special run of 100% 2015 “Lucie/1945” was bottled and it is arguably the queen of the Saint-Emilion vintage. There are many vinous and historic reasons to acquire this wine (not to mention RARITY which will only grow as the 2015 vintage gains in auction popularity over the next 30-50+ years as well as a very likely penchant and auction thirst for all things Cabernet Franc/Merlot from the top soils of Saint-Emilion).
