VINIFICATION: Fermented with 15% whole cluster in open top bins. The wine spent 15-20 days on skins with pump-overs during coal soak and punchs during fermentation. Aged 18 months in 265 and 228-liter barriques and puncheons, 60% new.

Wine Maker Tasting Notes: Jasmine, honeysuckle, white currant, orangle oil, and citrus butter. Green tea, lanolin, uzu, and wet stone on the palate. Plump, ripe, and leisurely lingering finish. Pair with spicy cevice.
