The Wine Society: Dense, supple and with lovely balance, the 2020 Giscours is a notable success in a vintage that favoured the Margaux appellation. A blend of 56% cabernet sauvignon and 44% merlot, this has real energy and lift. Tannins are crunchy, yet refined and the wine has a lingering, fresh finish. Drink from 2030 to 2042. 13.5%
