WINERY NOTES (December 2008)
Though we have predominantly dedicated ourselves to crafting Rhone-varietal wines, Cabernet Sauvignon has aearned a well-deserved place in our portfolio, and this vintage is a good example why. This is an elegant Cabernet Sauvignon, with good acidity, a tight core of bright fruit and spice, and a satisfying finish. The aromas display cola, currant, graphite and incense, while the palate features vibrant cherry and sophisticated minerality. This wine is still in its youth, and should age well for up to a decade.
