Produced by Peter Sisseck. This new project is drastically different from Flor. Psi revisits and reinvents tradition. Large wooden vats are used and oak is underplayed. Peter experiments with contrasting and complementary vinification methods, to express the characterful texture and fruit of Ribera wines in the best way possible. This is the very first vintage and an embryonic stage of a new adventure. Work will start on a new winery at the beginning of 2009. Peter aims to work with a network of growers, encouraging, helping and advising them on the challenges of organic viticulture.
