Wine club notes (10/09): Beautiful dark garnet color, sweet ooak, dark chocolate undertones, berry and light cherry notes, well balanced with delicate tannins, very approachable, drink now or hold! 14.2% alcohol, harvested 10/09/07, unfiltered. 442 cases produced.

Bottle notes: Grapes used to produce this Cabernet were selected frm our Old School House vineyard. these quality grapes are a result of igh quality soils, ideal climate and hands-on farming. This estate vineyard is located on the westside of Paso Robles within the Templeton Gap. This wine will gain in complexity and character over the next few years.
