  Medium body, intense golden colour, 14% abv. Complex aroma of tropical and orchard fruits, citrus, flowers' honey and green almond. Creamy peaches and pears palate following by soft acidity and lingering, nutty and mineral finish. Rich, structured and powerful but fresh, well balanced and harmonies. Food friendly, well pairing to Foie Gras. Open an half hour ahead. Serve 10ºC - 12ºC. Drink now and the next 3/4 years.

On palate, strawberry, slight bitterness of frostbitten cranberry and sour cherry acidity following by muscular tannins and juicy, fresh finish of good length. Rather impressive and rich than complex but silky and balanced. Food friendly, well pairing to champignons roasted with onion. Open two hours ahead. Serve 16ºC - 18ºC. Drink now while young and the next 3/4 years.

Rather impressive and rich than complex but balanced and harmonious. Food friendly, well pairing to soft cheeses. Serve 16ºC - 20ºC. Ready, open one hour ahead. Drink now but should be enjoyable 8 years more.
