T'was a star of the night. vanilla, caramel, citrus, honey, in taste and in scent, very mouthwatering, has that woodsy age scent. hard to come by, enjoyed every minute of it...

A very aromatic Vanilla oak but kind of bitter with hints of faint salt ,no sugar which is weird, all but bitterness and the numbness of alcohol, destroys the wine as a whole, nose is a lovely Bordeaux scent for red, rose petals, cherry, color is ink black, same as other people here, the taste changed different after some hour, weird 8 yrs in the botle no cigar box scebnt yet, not a good pair with tomato, tried cheese aged ambert, and gorgonzola, a so so wine, not a good stuff for me, very unbalanced. Completely one phase only, No fruit in to mouth water with plus the price is harsh, o and btw it turns sour almost 3 hrs... Good luck

It was as expected. This site was that reliable... sipping it this year was done for. Though i must say the tannins are powerful, OAK as well..no fruit in the middle. smells semi-rusty, & ALCOHOL shish! is packed. Unbalanced yet round. acidity ok, tannins still have a punch, but no taste of fruit .questionable but seems kinda bitter than fruity. color was age and sediment rich. maroon brown deep murky blood......drank at room temp. hopefully better with old cheeses gruyere. The wine looks Caramel colored. The legs are Slow. It smells like Chocolate, Alcohol/Hot, Ethanol, Coffee, Oak, Lead Pencil, and Petrol. It tastes like Coffee, Espresso, Vanilla, Oak, and Chocolate. The body is Full. The wine has Smooth texture. The wine finishes Medium.
