Imagine sweet bananas if that makes sense. A soft smell but pungent in its on right. No grassy notes at the time I drank it. Semi acidic citrus flavors that carry throughout the finish. As the wine warms it takes on more what I know sauv blanc to smell like in general. The softness that I described above changes to a more aggressive state but not overdone The Lime n lemon acidity just sits in your mouth. Nose starts to smell of green apples (362 views) |
