Introduction

Great meal prepared by Tiff. Good company and many laughs. Wonderful evening

Flight 1 - Grilled green tomatoes and mozzarella with sorrel pesto and tomato jam (1 Note)

The grilled green tomato was wonderful, much better than the fried version. The pesto and jam were delicious.

Flight 2 - Squid Ink Ravioli with smoked mozzarella squid and crispy speck (1 Note)

Best dish of the night. A myriad of flavors but the come together wonderfully

Flight 3 - Butter Poached Halibut with Haricot Vert and Truffle Vinegrette (1 Note)

Well done. Truffle was ever so subtle.

Flight 4 - Pan Roasted Duck with Pinot Glazed Pearl Onions (1 Note)

Perfectly cooked. The glaze on the onions just perfect with the duck

Flight 5 - Braised beef short rib with local brown beech mushrooms and baby bulb carrots (1 Note)

The short ribs were delicious but the vegetables stole the show.

Closing

Was a last minute decision and turned out to be a great evening.
