Minerals, mint and a touch of petrol in the bouquet. On the palate full bodied, concentrated, good acidity, a pleasant touch of sweetness and bitterness in the finish. Very beautiful wine with a long future.

Closing
It was a great tasting in a beautiful atmosphere and accompanied by beautiful dishes of 2 Michelin star quality.
Unfortunately I forgot to take my spittoon home, but I still hope it will be sent to my home address.
