We knew most wines in the line-up, but all wines were tasted blind.

In the bouquet beautiful garrigue and chocolate. On the palate chocolate, leather, autumn impressions, a bit pleasantly rustic, beautiful acidity and a pleasant touch of sweetness. Truly great wine. Fully mature now.

Drank from magnum. A very beautiful and clean bouquet. Crisp and clean with beautiful and focused acidity. Really lovely bubble.
Closing
It was a great tasting in a beautiful atmosphere and accompanied by beautiful dishes of 2 Michelin star quality.
Unfortunately I forgot to take my spittoon home, but I still hope it will be sent to my home address.
