Relatively light, but masculine and steely none the less. Not for the long term.

Powerful, rich and steely, great legnth.
Ripe and rounded, almost new world style, buttery note, but still has a firm and steely core.
Still closed at 10 years of age, minerality and structure dominate, needs time.
Very light, prêt a porter, very charming but lacks structure and length. Expensive.
Lovely, rich and complete.
Very elegant, finesse and length.
A bit young, but a truly great wine.
Magnum. Not as structured as the Pucelles 2002, a lighter year, but richness and terroir are unmistakeable. Long.
Not my thing, sort of off-dry, lacks definition.
Now here is a great wine. Finesse, length, fabulous acidity, almost a vendange tardive, Alsace Riesling at its finest.
Finely tuned yellow fruit, hint of strawberry, long, intense and elegant.
Steely acidity, rich and sweet fruit but firm and tight, stunning length.
A beauty, rich, botrytis, exotic fruits, great length.
Immediately recognisable house style, all elegance, energy and finesse, drinking well now.
Immediately recognisable house style, all elegance, energy and finesse, a bit more weight than the straight village, needs 1-2 more years.
Immediately recognisable house style, all elegance, energy and finesse, richer and weightier than both the village and the Clos de la Barre. Excellent.
Immediately recognisable house style, all elegance, energy and finesse, less structured than the 2006's, drinking well but will last.
Light, finesse, firm acidity, ethereal fruit.
Nice fruit, more earthy and evolved than the 2004 obviously, has the tingling acidity that also characterises the whites.
Individual style, well-judged oak, floral yet very spicy.
Relatively light style, light extraction, lovely ripe fruit.
Similar style to Les Petits Plets 2006, but more energy and fantastic definition.
Nicely matured, drinking well, finely tuned, ethereal and earthy at the same time.
Light, à point, charming, showing well.
A successful 2002, considerable finesse and length, well-rounded, drinking well but has potential. Now - 2017.
Finesse and richness, finely tuned, exotic, layered, oozing class.
Modern, new world, oaky, bigger and fatter than the other Moueix wines tasted today but less definition.
Finesse, very individual, surpasses the 2004 in style and energy.
Will turn into a good classic Margaux given some time.
Fruit, weighty but lively, true-to-type.
Finesse, richness, minerals, awsome length.
Full-bodied, powerful, richness balanced by wonderful acidity, will easily last 20 years. Now - 2024.
Floral, fragrant, great finesse and purity, magnificent structure.
