25th.December with the boys.

For more than 20 years we have had this annual event on the 25th December. Each person brings wine, and serve it blind for the rest. All together 6 persons. And of course garnished with lovely food. What a night.

  Very mature and developed color. Mousse is short and disappears fast. Apples, nuts, peach. Compleks and long taste. Still lots of acid.

  Wonderful mousse and mature yellow color. Still young and vibrant in both color and taste. Plenty acid. Apples, nuts, yeast, brioche, chalk. Medium aftertaste. Should still hold some years.
